CEO | Founder

Katie founded Kmotion in 2008 with a belief that business is ultimately about people. As CEO, she leads the company’s vision, culture, and growth while helping clients navigate change, solve meaningful challenges, and create momentum within their organizations.

With more than 25 years of experience in web, branding, and digital strategy, Katie brings a practical, results-driven approach to leadership. She is passionate about building a company rooted in trust, stewardship, accountability, and continuous momentum. She is committed to helping clients, team members, and the organization itself keep growing, improving, and moving forward together. Her focus has always been on building lasting relationships and doing excellent work.

Outside of Kmotion, Katie is an accomplished powerlifter who holds multiple state and national records. When she’s not in the gym, you’ll likely find her at home in the countryside with her family. She enjoys the quiet pace of country life, long walks in silence, and the space to reflect, recharge, and appreciate God’s blessings.

Jacquelyn Davis

Vice President

Jacquelyn brings a calm, strategic approach to leading operations, ensuring projects, teams, and systems run smoothly and predictably. As Vice President, she oversees project delivery, team performance, and client experience - balancing timelines, scope, and quality while maintaining clear communication and high standards across the organization.

With a strong foundation in operations, finance, and team management, Jacquelyn helps translate company vision into structured execution, partnering with leadership to strengthen processes, support team growth, and ensure clients feel guided and confident throughout every stage of their engagement.

Outside of work, Jacquelyn is a devoted wife and proud mother of two. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, and scuba diving, as well as relaxing with a good book under a shady tree.

Nicole Yoder

Project & Account Manager

Nicole brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to project and account management, helping clients navigate complex initiatives with clarity and confidence. As Project and Account Manager, she oversees project delivery, coordinates cross-functional teams, and serves as a trusted point of contact throughout each engagement, ensuring projects stay aligned, organized, and moving forward.

With experience spanning agency project management, automotive, and industrial automation, Nicole has developed a strong ability to build lasting relationships, manage competing priorities, and guide projects from strategy through execution. She is passionate about helping clients solve meaningful challenges while fostering collaboration and accountability across teams. Nicole earned her degree from Western Michigan University.

Outside of work, Nicole is a proud mom of two boys and dog mom to Charlie and Samson. She enjoys hiking, gardening, reading, and caring for her chickens. She also loves supporting her husband by attending his band’s performances whenever she can.

Casey Lee

Senior Web Developer

Casey brings more than two decades of web development experience to Kmotion, combining technical expertise with a passion for solving complex problems. As a full-stack developer, he specializes in building scalable, reliable web applications and creating efficient systems that help clients achieve their goals. His thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous learning allow him to stay ahead as technology and customer expectations evolve faster than ever.

With experience spanning both front-end and back-end development, Casey thrives on finding smarter ways to work through automation, optimization, and clean code. He enjoys tackling technical challenges, improving processes, and building solutions that create a seamless experience for both clients and end users.

Outside of work, Casey enjoys hiking, photography, and wood working. He appreciates the creativity, perspective, and problem-solving that come from pursuing his passions beyond the screen.

UX/UI Creative Director

A multifaceted visual designer, Jake has spent over a decade helping a wide range of clients bring their ideas to life.

He focuses on creating visually striking work that blends user experience, aesthetic design, and creative direction. He is always aligning creativity with larger business goals.

When not at his desk, Jake is a devoted Christian, husband, and proud father of two. He enjoys strong coffee, time outdoors, and cheering on the Lions while waiting for their long-awaited Super Bowl run.

James Sudimak

Full Stack Web Developer

James is a Full Stack Developer with a knack for connecting the dots between frontend experiences and backend systems. Whether he’s building new functionality, troubleshooting complex issues, or exploring a new technology, he brings curiosity, adaptability, and a practical approach to every project. James is known for digging into problems, sharing what he learns, and helping projects move forward.

Outside of development, James is the creator of Oscar Guy Here, his YouTube channel dedicated to film commentary, reviews, and discussions. He’s also a jazz musician. James brings that same curiosity, attention to detail, and love of storytelling to both his work and his interests.

Dylan Allen

Digital Marketing Strategist & Paid Media Manager

Dylan Allen is a digital marketing leader with more than 14 years of experience driving growth through paid media, SEO, website optimization, ecommerce, and full-funnel performance marketing. He has built a reputation for combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, helping brands increase visibility, improve customer acquisition, optimize digital experiences, and accelerate revenue growth.

Throughout his career, Dylan has managed multimillion-dollar advertising budgets, led high-performing teams, and developed data-driven marketing strategies across a diverse range of industries. His expertise spans paid search, paid social, retail media, programmatic advertising, SEO, conversion rate optimization, analytics, and ecommerce strategy.

Dylan has extensive experience working across leading platforms including Google, Meta, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, CTV, and DSPs, where he has consistently delivered measurable business results through performance-driven campaigns and omnichannel marketing initiatives. Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement, he focuses on building scalable marketing ecosystems that align business objectives with sustainable growth.

Off hours, you can catch Dylan either on a section of the Application trail/doing anything outdoors, relaxing on a patio with his friend group, or going to a music festival of sorts.

Kyle Frederick

Front-End Web Developer & Support

Kyle Frederick attended Central Michigan University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, an Associate of Arts degree in Journalism, and minored in Media, Design, and Production Technology.
 

He brings 14 years of Web and IT experience, spanning several areas of concentration but finding his passion in Web Development and UI Design.

When not behind a computer, you can find Kyle at home with his wife Alecia and his two dogs (Pixel and Dot), at the rink playing ice hockey, playing golf, or thumbing through new vinyl at the record store.

Madeline Bronson

Sales & Marketing Associate

Madi brings enthusiasm, determination, and a client-first mindset to every project she touches, helping to ensure that client goals are clearly understood and aligned with the right strategic approach. With a strong focus on communication and collaboration, she helps translate ideas into impactful results.

She also utilizes her creativity to collaborate with existing clients, enhancing their marketing efforts through targeted advertising, compelling website copy, and strategic social media engagement.

Out of the office, Madi enjoys art, music, and spending time with friends and family.
